Thank you for your interest in the Golf Performance Academy of The Low Country.  We are the only golf school in the Low Country that guarantees results!  Regardless of your skill level, we will help you improve and enjoy the game more.

Our primary objective is to make you a better golfer.  We do that by educating our students about the game; swing mechanics, golf clubs, course management, short game, putting, etc.  We have a simple, yet very effective way of communicating with each student on a personal level. 

The foundation of our teaching philosophy is based on the fundamentals of the swing.  If you do not have good fundamentals, and a good foundation, anything you build upon that will be easily toppled.  The fundamentals of our teaching are based on physics and physiology.  What the body can, and cannot do also what the club can and cannot do.  Contrary to popular opinion, golf does not have to be a game that causes sore backs, wrists or shoulder pain, etc. If you do experience pain when playing we can help you alleviate that too. We prefer to educate our students so when they get on the golf course and have a problem they can fix it themselves, staying pain free in the process.

In addition to golf instruction we are the only golf school in the area that offers expertise clubfitting.  You will not be fit by an assistant golf professional taking time away from the golf shop.  Our clubfitters have been trained by some of today’s top club engineers and shaft designers.  Our fittings last up to two hours, depending on level of clubfitting desired.  We have equipment from all the major manufacturer’s so you can test the latest and greatest from each company.
